  • SKU AMFYPD60
  • Pull Force*

The Pull Force listed for each magnet is based on lifting 10mm thick steel from a horizontal surface. Magnets on a vertical surface (of 10mm thick steel) are generally able to hold around only 30% of the pull force listed in the product description. This is due to the effects of gravity and the lack of friction between the surface and the shiny magnet. Read More

Uses for our rare earth female thread pot magnets:

These Neodymium Pot magnets have a Female Thread for convenient attachment to your product or non-ferrous material via a bolt. The steel cap protects the magnet from damage while also deflecting the magnetic force to the base, giving it intensified attractive power and excellent holding capability. Non-metallic objects or materials can be fitted with these magnets and then attached to metal surfaces such as pallet racking, machinery or vehicles, for example. In other applications, a hook, eyelet or threaded rod can be inserted to display advertising material or signage which is then attached magnetically and can be easily removed or relocated. Painted surfaces can be protected and will remain intact by placing a piece of thin cloth on the surface before applying the magnet. Magnetic bond can be broken quickly with a moderate amount of force and also occurs with minimal damage to the surfaces involved.
