Magfield Magnets offers fast and reliable shipping Australia-wide, delivering to major cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, Perth, and Canberra. We partner with trusted couriers such as StarTrack, Australia Post, TNT, and Toll to ensure your order arrives promptly. In most cases, orders placed before 1pm AET are despatched the same day.

Please note, we reserve the right to decline shipping to certain remote or rural areas. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued.

While we strive for quick delivery, Magfield Magnets is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services. Delivery timeframes listed below are provided as a general guide only.

Shipping to remote and regional areas of Australia may take up to 12 business days for delivery. Please be aware that public holidays can impact shipping times. If you select Free Shipping during a Magfield Magnets promotional offer, your order will be sent via Standard Post.

Magfield Magnets also provides international shipping to a wide range of destinations, including New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. If your country is not listed, please get in touch with our team to discuss delivery options.

Returns & Replacements

At Magfield Magnets, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a standard one-month warranty on all products.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered — and you’ve taken all reasonable steps to troubleshoot the issue — please contact us immediately for assistance.

You have 30 days to return your item for a refund or replacement, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and packaged in the original box or wrapping.

If your order is damaged during transit, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. A detailed Tax Invoice will be included with your shipment.

If you are ordering bulk quantities, you may be eligible for a discount. Please reach out to us — we are happy to provide a quote for bulk and trade pricing.
