This north and south pair of rare earth countersunk pot magnet have a diameter of 20mm, a countersunk hole diameter of 4.5mm and a thickness of 7mm. It has a pull force of 6 kilograms and a weight of 13 grams. It is identified by the AMF magnet part number AMFYPA20NS.

Uses for our Rare Earth Countersunk Pot Magnets:

Capped countersunk Holding magnets have a greater holding capacity than standard uncapped disc magnets and are extremely useful tools for attaching various items to steel surfaces. These countersunk Holding magnets have an additional feature of countersunk North and South matched poles that attract to each other instead of repelling. When screwed onto opposing surfaces, a magnetic bond is created which is reciprocal and does not require the presence of ferrous material to operate. Unlike traditional, less practical fasteners, a magnetic bond can be broken and then reinstated as often as required, in a time-saving and efficient manner that is instantaneous and does not require tools or DIY skills. Paired magnets, with complementary poles that attract to each other, allow any two types of surfaces to attach magnetically. Unmatched Holding-type magnets will attach to each other to some extent, but not with the precision and accuracy exhibited by these paired magnets with matching North to South poles.
